Ko sekunde odločajo
V proizvodni hali poteka običajen delovni dan. Stroji delujejo, zaposleni opravljajo svoje naloge. Nato pa se pojavi nekaj, česar si nihče ne želi – vonj po dimu, nenavaden premik zraka ali kratek signal, ki nakazuje, da je v prostoru nekaj narobe.
V takšnih trenutkih šteje vsaka sekunda.
Za zagotavljanje najvišje ravni požarne varnosti je v objekt vgrajen sodoben sistem aktivne požarne zaščite. Jedro sistema naravnega odvoda dima in toplote (NODT) predstavlja krmilna centrala CPS‑M1‑20A + NSV nemškega proizvajalca D+H Mechatronic – preverjen sistem, ki v kritičnih trenutkih prevzame nadzor.
Sistem NODT deluje v popolni sinhronizaciji s sprinkler sistemom, gasilsko brigado in varnostnimi službami – skupaj zagotavljajo hiter, usklajen in učinkovit odziv na požar.
1. FAZA – prvi odziv
Požar lahko zazna:
• delavec s pritiskom na rdečo požarno tipko
• detektor dima s samodejnim proženjem
V obeh primerih požarna centrala sproži sirene, aktivira sistem NODT ter hkrati obvesti gasilce in intervencijsko službo.
V nekaj sekundah sistem izvede ključen korak: zapre vse stenske žaluzije in vse strešne kupole – omeji dovod kisika in upočasni širjenje požara.
Sprinkler sistem s temperaturnimi ampulami se sproži, ko temperatura doseže kritično vrednost in ampula poči.
2. FAZA – prihod gasilcev in razdimljanje
- Sivi ročni javljalci na vhodih omogočajo gasilcem odpiranje vseh žaluzij in kupol
• Stenske žaluzije dovajajo svež zrak
• Strešne kupole odvajajo dim in toploto
Vzpostavi se intenziven pretok zraka, ki omogoča hitrejše razdimljanje in varnejši dostop gasilcev do žarišča požara.
PREZRAČEVANJE – vrnitev v normalno delovanje
Po zaključeni intervenciji je treba sistem NODT in požarno centralo resetirati. Nato se sistem uporablja tudi za vsakodnevno prezračevanje.

When Seconds Matter
Inside the production hall, a normal workday unfolds—until something changes: a smell of smoke, a strange airflow, or a faint alert signal.
In such moments, every second counts.
To ensure maximum fire safety, the facility is equipped with a modern active fire protection system. At the core of the natural smoke and heat exhaust system (NODT) is the CPS‑M1‑20A + NSV control panel from D+H Mechatronic— a proven and reliable system designed for immediate action.
The NODT system operates in full coordination with the sprinkler system, the fire brigade, and security services—ensuring a fast and effective response.
PHASE 1 – Initial Response
- Fire may be detected by an employee (activation of the red alarm button)
• Or by a smoke detector (automatic activation)
In both cases, the fire control panel activates the NODT system, triggers the sirens, and alerts the fire brigade.
Within seconds, all wall louvres and roof domes close—limiting oxygen and slowing the spread of fire.
The sprinkler system activates when the temperature reaches a critical threshold and the ampoule bursts.
PHASE 2 – Arrival of Firefighters & Smoke Extraction
- Grey smoke vent buttons allow firefighters to open all louvres and domes
• Fresh air enters through wall louvres
• Smoke and heat exit through roof domes
This creates a strong airflow, enabling rapid smoke extraction and safer access to the fire source.
VENTILATION – Returning to Normal Operation
After the intervention, the system must be reset before it can be used again for daily ventilation.
